Our Cattle
Our cattle come to the farm at around 9 months old after being weaned. They graze the grass in the fields during summer and are fed on grass silage during the winter months. At times they are fed a small amount of supplementary meal, such as when they arrive on farm or after they come into the sheds for winter. This helps maintain their body condition and allows us to keep a closer eye on their health.

Our Beef
Our beef is all prepared and packed for us by our local butcher in Newtownards. The beef is hung and dry aged for around 32 days to create amazing flavour and tenderness. Once it has been cut to our specifications, our beef is vacuum packed and collected by us. Once back on the farm it is immediately frozen and ready for delivery to your door. We aim to farm with as little inputs as possible and in an environmentally friendly way. Low food miles, high welfare, fully traceable from farm to fork.
